Half Marathon Training 2.0
What?
The Half Marathon Training 2.0 is a 12 week program beginning on Monday, February 6, 2012 and culminating with the Country Music Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Nashville, TN on Saturday, April 28, 2012.
Who?
The Half Marathon Training 2.0 is for those who have:
+ Those who have completed a Half Marathon
+ Be able to run or run/walk a continuous 6 miles
+ Be able to run or run/walk 5 miles with a 12 minute/mile pace (1 hour)
Pace Groups
Pace groups will be determined by individual performance and ability
When?
Participant information meetings:
+ Wednesday, January 4th 2012 @ 7 PM
+ Wednesday, January 11th, 2012 @ 7 PM
Group runs:
+ Mondays @ 6 PM typically at Fleet Feet Sports Raleigh, but location may vary
+ Wednesdays (optional Speed Night) @ 6 PM
+ Saturdays @ 7:30 AM (locations throughout the Raleigh area)

The price will be 224.99 which includes:
+ 3 coached workouts per week (1 optional Speed Night)

There are two ways to sign up for the Half Marathon Training 2.0 including in-store sign-up and www.signmeup.com. If using www.signmeup.com please follow the steps listed below:
+ Access the sign up for on www.signmeup.com
+ At the top of the page click on "Find Event"
+ Type "Half Marathon Training" in the cell that says "Enter an event name ____"
+ Click on "Go"
+ When the "Half Marathon Training 2.0" appears click on "Register Online"
+ Complete the registration
