Summer Sweat Challenge 2017 More Info »

Program Start: Thursday, June 1st
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 8am + training program dates
Program Fee: FREE
Description: The Summer Sweat Challenge isn't meant to be a race- or distance-specific training program, but rather an opportunity to connect with other members of the local running community to have a group approach to fitness. All paces and fitness levels are welcome. For every group run you attend, you will receive a point, good for prizes at the end of the program.

Summer Speed Series More Info »

Program Start: Monday, July 10th (North Raleigh)
Program Schedule: Meets Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6AM
Program Fee: $50
Description: Jump start your training with our Summer Speed Series! This summer, we'll offer three four-week sessions, one based at each of our Raleigh and Morrisville locations. Over the course of each session, we'll meet twice a week for early morning workouts that focus on speed, strength, and form. Through track workouts, intervals, drills, and abdominal exercises, you will become the runner you’ve always dreamed of being! Last year, we had several runners in our 5K, half marathon, and marathon programs who attributed their fall PRs to this intense summer training. The program is also open to runners who don't have a goal race in mind, but are interested in mixing things up rather than just plodding through the summer heat.
