Summer Sweat Challenge More Info »
Thursdays at 6PM
The Summer Sweat Challenge isn't meant to be a race- or distance-specific training program, but rather an opportunity to connect with other members of the local running community to have a group approach to fitness. All paces and fitness levels are welcome. For every group run you attend (Thursdays at 6PM), you will receive a point, good for prizes at the end of the program.

Program Schedule: Meets Mondays & Wednesdays @ 6AM
Program Fee: $45
Description: Jump start your training with our Summer Speed Training! Starting June 3, we'll meet twice a week for six weeks for early morning workouts that focus on speed, strength, and form. Through track workouts, intervals, drills, and abdominal exercises, you will become the runner you’ve always dreamed of being!

This is a 4-week training program for people who want to train over the summer, but want to avoid the roads and heat of the North Carolina sun and stick to the trails. This program is designed for runners who have some general running experience but are new to trails.

Hit the trails with us this summer! This is an 8-week program for people who want to train over the summer, but want to avoid the roads and heat of the North Carolina sun and stick to the trails. To cater to different ability levels this program is not distance-specific.

Saturdays at 7:30AM
Breakfast Club is a multi-distance social run group to keep you motivated to run through the heat of summer. We will meet at different coffee houses in the area and have routes ranging from 2-7 miles. After the run enjoy breakfast with friends!
