Our spring No Boundaries 5K Training starts next Thursday, January 15th! Whether you're registered yet or not, we'd like to invite you to join us for a free "Test Drive" workout this Saturday, January 10th, at 8 a.m.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about the program, meet our awesome coaches and mentors, and get in a workout all at the same time! We will go over program logistics and show you what we are all about at Fleet Feet Raleigh. We will go on a mile run, run/walk or walk (depending on your current level of fitness). This is a beginner's 5k program! Whether you have completed a 5k in the past or never before, we will help you achieve your fitness goals.
