Explore new avenues to fitness and check out the latest gadgets to improve your time on the road.  Every month we are busy scheduling classes and seminars to keep you up to speed! Check out what's in store for June:

June 2nd @ 9am: Good Form Running

This will be a "hands on" seminar. We will meet at Fleet Feet, at 9am, and for the first 30 to 40 minutes have a discussion on the "Good Form Running" approach to running. We all want running to be fun, healthy, and ideally injury free. This seminar will help you learn ways to improve your posture and running mechanics. After the discussion, you will hopefully have a good grasp on what the "Good Form Running" philosophy entails and how to implement it in your running. For the last 10-15 minutes, we will head outside to practice what we've learned. Check out www.goodformrunning.com to get a preview of what we will talk about. RSVP is required.

June 21st @ 7pm: Garmin-- What can the 610 do for you?

Staff member Devin will review the features of the Garmin 610 and the benefits it has for runners.  A great general information course! No rsvp needed.  If you have specific questions or to troubleshoot your Garmin 610, please email devin.swann@fleetfeetraleigh.com

June 24th@ 10:15am: Yoga for Runners

Learn how yoga can be the perfect compliment to your running regimen! Yoga can help keep your body in balance which helps you enjoy running for many years to come. More than just stretching, yoga allows you to focus on your body's movements creating a deeper awareness of alignment and where imbalances may occur. Yoga practitioners also enjoy an increased range of motion, and overall improved strength and endurance. Come see what it's all about. Class taught by Fleet Feet employee and yoga instructor, Kerri Marchionni. RSVP is required.

*Please bring your own towel and yoga mat, and remember to wear something comfortable and non-restrictive. Arrive around 15 mins early to get your mats, etc.
