Fleet Feet was a wonderful buying experience for me. I was not sure exactly what I wanted when I went in, but I left extremely satisfied. I was not pressured too much to buy extra products. I will with out a doubt buy all future pairs of shoes from Fleet Feet. I felt like I belonged in that store. It was just great.

Great selection of products, but not too overwhelming like the bigger stores. We can find whatnwe.need here. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and not too busy to help you.

Not allow our points to expire. I get new shoes about every 5 months at your store. My points are expired by a month just about every time and some associates honor it anyway and some don’t . If you are a loyal customer their should be some compensation, I think .

I was fitted quickly for both my bra and shoes, both which have been working perfectly (ran a 5 mile race just this morning in them). Both had excellent prices and fit better and more comfortably than pretty much any other I've ever gotten.

Good selection of shoes with different color options! I really like Brooks running shoes and you have good selection of those as well. I had great help from a guy that was patient. I also like your new foot pad that examines the feet. Great technology!

Employees are very knowledgeable, they take the time to explain the technology they use (Volumental) and how they use that to put you in a certain shoe. They are very friendly and responsive to feedback and don’t make you feel rushed! Very happy with the service and love my new Brooks!

I buy running shoes at Fleet Feet. Staff take the time to ask questions (what is your mileage, what are you training for, did you like your previous shoes, etc) and ensure that I get the right shoe. No high pressure to buy any accessories, etc.

The staff member who fitted me for shoes was very knowledgeable and went through everything with me. I did not feel rushed at all. I also like the return policy Fleet Feet has for shoes since sometimes shoes that are comfortable in the store are not comfortable when working out.

Your associate spent very personal time with me. Letting me know why I need the shoes I needed and helped show me several pairs of shoes until I ultimately decided on the pair that was most comfortable with the proper fit. Got socks too!

Service, service, service. The patience, conscientiousness, expertise, and attention we received from your sales team was even beyond the “good old days”.

Buying shoes is typically a DIY affair these days and many of us, especially runners or those getting started, need the fit to be just right. Otherwise, we risk injury and frustration.

Also, the process of using 3-D imaging technology fitting someone with a particularly difficult foot shape or who is prone to a particular repetitive injury.

I can’t say enough good things.
