National Fitness Month

May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month!

As you might expect, that's a pretty big deal around here. Check out everything that's going on this month:


Saturday Morning Social Runs in May

Starting May 5th, we'll meet every Saturday of the month at 8AM at all three store locations. Routes starting at 3 miles will be provided, but runners are free to run less if they'd prefer. These runs are free and open to runners and walkers of all ages, paces, and abilities!

When: May 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th at 8AM
Where: Fleet Feet Raleigh (3532 Wade Ave.)
Fleet Feet North Raleigh (8511 Colonnade Center Dr.)
Fleet Feet Morrisville (3027 Village Market Pl.)



Pop-Up Fitness Classes with Title Boxing Club

We're not limited to running around here! This month we'll host two 45-minute fitness classes led by Title Boxing. These classes are free and open to all ages. No boxing experience necessary!

The workout will include:

- 7 minute cardio-based warm up: squats, lunges, and jumping jacks to get you loose and your heart rate up
- 8 rounds of boxing-related HIIT activities - mitt work, shadow boxing, etc. (3 minutes per round)
- 7 minutes of core work - planks, 6 inches, and sit ups

Sunset Trail Run

When: Friday, May 11, 6PM
Where: Umstead State Park, Old Reedy Creek entrance (2300 Old Reedy Creek Rd, Cary)

No trail experience necessary!
