Starting in July, classes will be “Donation-Based”. Donation-based yoga is not free yoga. It incorporates the idea of compassionate giving and gracious receiving. Give what you want, when you can. But never let money get in the way of your attendance! If you choose to make a donation for the class, the suggested amount is $5-20.
50% of all donations will go directly to the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, a North Carolina non-profit that is working to end hunger. Visit their website www.foodshuttle.org
Mats will be available for purchase. A few mats and blocks will be on-hand if you need to borrow one for the class. Best bet is to bring your own stuff!
