Simple Breakfast Salad


  • Simple Breakfast Salad2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 green apple, sliced
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and separated
  • 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. walnuts or pecans
  • 1 fresh squeezed lemon


  1. In a large bowl, place spinach and cut fruit.
  2. Sprinkle the entire salad with lemon juice and hemp seeds.
  3. Top with nuts and enjoy.
